BC’s Professional Governance Act Enactment on February 5, 2021

British Columbia’s provincial government has announced that the Professional Governance Act will be fully implemented on Friday, February 5, 2021.    The current legislation, the BC Agrologists Act (2003) governing the designated professions, including BCIA, will be officially repealed at that time.
