The British Columbia Provincial Government’s Office of the Superintendent of Professional Governance (OSPG) filed its first annual report on May 19, 2020, which details the activities that have been undertaken to date and what is anticipated leading up to November and beyond. BCIA has been introduced in this report, as well as an overview of the activities underway to implement the Professional Governance Act (PGA) when it is brought into force in November.  Once the OSPG shifts into operational mode after November, the Annual Report will look different.  The content will begin to include information, detail, and data on work of the OSPG in their oversight role, and detail and data of the regulatory bodies in their work under the PGA.  An outline of anticipated content is being developed now and will be shared when it is complete.
